Charity Goh

Field Technician

Meet Charity Goh, Field Technician at our Manna Lithium Project in Western Australia.

Charity has worked at GL1, and at Manna for a little under a year and a half. As a Field Technician, she facilitates the running of day-to-day operations on the ground. Her job scope can vary from the physical demands of handling samples in their various forms and stages, to keeping detail-oriented records of data that enable the project to run smoothly.

Prior to joining the mining industry, she worked in hospitality and as a professional photographer.

“I enjoy the variability of the job and that no two days are the same,” she says of her role as Field Technician. “My time with Global Lithium has been a fulfilling and interesting introduction to the mining industry. I love being able to do my job in the great outdoors, working with a fantastic team.”

In her spare time, Charity enjoys rock climbing, boxing and kayaking. A self-professed foodie, she also loves trying new cuisines and hunting down the best restaurants – when asked how those closest to her outside of work would describe her, she jokes without missing a beat – HUNGRY! She also recently discovered the joys of snowboarding and Japan has become one of her favourite destinations, both for the beautiful winters and the exceptional food.
