He has considerable experience in surface and underground mining operations.

He has held several senior roles including Resolute Mining (Group Mining Engineer), Veris Gold (General Manager Operations), Blackham Resources (General Manager Operations ), Minjar Gold (General Manager Operations) and Norton Goldfields (General Manager Technical Services).

Guy has a degree in Mining Engineering from the WA School of Mines in Kalgoorlie and is a member of the AUSIMM”
