Mr Liaoliang Zhu (Leon) is the Founder and CEO of Sincerity Group, a diversified management and investment company based in Western Australia. Since founding the company in 2009, Mr Zhu has led its expansion into real estate development, construction, and the mining industry. He is a major shareholder in multiple listed and private companies across the lithium, copper, and gold sectors.

With over 20 years’ international business experience, Mr Zhu has a strong entrepreneurial background spanning property development, infrastructure and resource investments. Under his leadership, Sincerity Group has grown to include multiple subsidiaries across Australia and Asia, focusing on large-scale housing projects, mining operations and investment management.

Mr Zhu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, a Diploma of Building and Construction, and is a Registered Building Practitioner. He is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). His expertise in business development, investment strategy and cross-border trade has positioned Sincerity Group as a key player in Western Australia’s economic landscape.
