Simon has more than 20 years of experience in approvals, government relations, community relations and communications. He held several political advisory including as a Chief of Staff in the WA Government where he worked across portfolios including Resources and State Development. He then went on to hold senior Corporate Affairs and Approvals roles at CITIC Pacific Mining, Atlas Iron and BHP.
