We once again joined the community at the Goldfields Aboriginal Football Carnival in Kalgoorlie on 10–11 October 2025.

Last year, Global Lithium proudly continued its support for the local Kakarra football teams, sponsoring the Kalgoorlie Hawks (managed by Travis Tucker) and the Maali Saints (managed by Laurance Reid).

In 2023, the Hawks received full kits through our sponsorship; in 2024, we provided supporter shirts, while the Saints received football jerseys for the very first time.

Our Community Relations Manager, Nicole Stein, travelled to Kalgoorlie to represent the company and enjoyed an unforgettable weekend of football, culture, and connection. Highlights included cheering on the teams, meeting AFL Indigenous stars such as Kysaiah Pickett and Liam Ryan, and engaging with the Kakarra community.

The carnival is a true showcase of Aboriginal sporting excellence and community spirit, and we’re proud to play a small part in supporting this important event.
