Manna

The 100%-owned Manna Lithium Project, the 3rd largest Resource in the Kalgoorlie Lithium Province, is an outcropping spodumene dominant hard rock lithium project located approximately 100km east of Kalgoorlie in the Goldfields region of Western Australia.

In August 2025, Global Lithium completed two major milestones at Manna:

  • The execution of the of a Native Title Mining Agreement between wholly owned subsidiary GLR Australia Pty Ltd and the Kakarra Part B Native Title Group, facilitating the development and ongoing operation of the Manna Lithium Project and will deliver benefits to the Kakarra Part B Native Title Group.
  • Granting of Mining Lease M28/414 by Western Australia’s Minister for Mines, Petroleum and Exploration for a term of 21 years pursuant to the Mining Act 1978 (as amended).

These milestones significantly de-risk the Manna Lithium Project, accelerating Global Lithium’s progress towards a Final Investment Decision (FID), following the optimisation of the project’s Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) that remains on track for completion by the end of the 2025 calendar year.

The Manna DFS will incorporate an updated Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE), detailed mine schedule, metallurgical and process flowsheet test work results and detailed operating and capital costs, amongst other key work streams. The DFS is anticipated for completion in CY 2025.

  • 26% increase in total contained Li2O from 406,000 tonnes to 515,000 tonnes Li₂O
  • Contained Lithium Carbonate Equivalent (LCE) of 1.28 Mt
  • 63% increase in Indicated JORC classification to 32.9Mt @ 1.04% Li₂O
