Manna Lithium Project

In December 2021, Global Lithium completed the acquisition of an 80% interest in the Manna Lithium Project from Breaker Resources NL (ASX:BRB) for up to $33m, giving the Company its second lithium asset.

Manna is an outcropping pegmatite exploration project located approximately 100km east of Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. It has an influence of 750m x 130m in the main outcrop with individual pegmatite dykes up to 18m wide.

Drilling over an anomalous area of 350m to the south of Manna 1 has confirmed the discovery of a new zone of spodumene-rich pegmatites.

Since the acquisition, Global Lithium has delivered a maiden Inferred JORC Mineral Resource estimate for Manna of 9.9Mt @ 1.14% Li2O and 49 Ta2O5 ppm (100% basis). The Mineral Resource is defined by 3,636m of drilling at relatively shallow depths comprised of 21 reverse circulation drillholes for 3,354m and four diamond drillholes for 282.15m.

Global Lithium has a 20,000m RC drill program planned at the Project in the first half of 2022. The Company intends to follow up the RC program with 6,000m diamond drilling prior to the release of an updated Mineral Resource later in the year.
